We focus on developing new molds for various plastic products, such as mobile phone casings, electrical switches, sockets, and automotive plastic parts. Now, we have become a diversified enterprise integrating development, production, distribution, service, and trade.

 

Company Size

The company's mold department currently has 4 CNC machining centers, 4 EDM processing equipment, 8 milling machines, 2 grinding machines, 2 large lathes, 2 large radial drilling machines, 4 automatic lathes, and other equipment. It can complete more than 50 sets of molds per month. The mold engineering department has several engineers and designers, several programmers, three product designers, and 30 people in the mold department.

The injection molding department currently has 15 injection molding machines with tonnages ranging from 90 tons to 360 tons. The injection molding department employs 35 people, while the oil spraying department employs 30 people and has one ordinary oil spraying line and one UV spraying line.
